These stuffed sweet peppers make the perfect summer picnic appetizer!
Here is the recipe!
12 small peppers cut in half lengthwise and seeds removed. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 – 12 minutes until slightly soft.
Mix together
1 – 8 oz pkg cream cheese
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1-2 Tbsp sriracha
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp Everything seasoning
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
3 chopped green onion
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Stuff each pepper with cream cheese mixture and return to oven for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through and slightly golden. Shake with a little more Everything seasoning..
