NORTH CASCADES – HEAVY SNOW EXPECTED. TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 12 TO 24 INCHES EXPECTED. IN ADDITION, EASTERLY WINDS MAY GUST TO 35 MPH AT TIMES.
NORTH CASCADE FOOTHILLS – HEAVY SNOW EXPECTED. SNOW COULD BE HEAVY AT TIMES LATE THROUGH THIS MORNING. TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS GENERALLY 2 TO 8 INCHES WITH 8 TO 16 INCHES EXPECTED ABOVE 1500 FEET SOUTH.
CENTRAL WILLAMETTE VALLEY – HEAVY SNOW EXPECTED. EXPECT PERIODS OF SNOW THIS MORNING. GENERALLY, TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 4 INCHES EXPECTED. UP TO 6 INCHES POSSIBLE ON HIGHER HILLS, PARTICULARLY ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE WILLAMETTE VALLEY.
