Beginning Fri., Jun. 26, 2020, at 7 a.m., Front Street NE will close to all traffic from Market Street NE to South Street through the weekend. Local access will be maintained from Front Street Bypass to Market Street from the south, and from Pine Street to South Street from the north. The closure is necessary for Portland and Western Railroad to replace a section of damaged track and associated pavement due to a recent derailment. Front Street NE is expected to be open by Mon., Jun. 29. Please drive carefully through this area through the weekend and use an alternate route if possible.
