Salem, OR: Late in the evening on August 20, 2020, Salem Police officers responded to calls of shots being heard at Englewood Park, 1260 19th St NE. When officers arrived, they learned an altercation had occurred between two groups of young people resulting in shots being fired.
One person was hit by the gun fire and is being treated at Salem Health.
Further details will not be released at this time due to the ongoing investigation.
