The National Weather Service released a Wind Advisory that will remain in effect from 4 pm this afternoon to midnight tonight. South winds 25 to 35 miles per hour with gusts up to 50 mph are expected in the entire Willamette Valley including the Greater Portland, Salem, and Eugene area.
Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and scattered power outages may result.
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high-profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
