Oregon State Police – 01/27/21 6:30 PM
On Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at approximately 2:07 P.M., Oregon State Police Troopers and emergency personnel responded to the report of a three vehicle crash on Hwy 99E near milepost 39.
Preliminary investigation revealed a Chevrolet pickup, operated by Tyler Cook (26) of Gervais, was northbound when it rear-ended a stopped Chevrolet pickup, operated by Jonathan Morgan (60) of Salem. Morgan’s Chevrolet pickup was forced into the southbound lane where it collided with a Dodge minivan, operated by Amisaday Espinosa-Feria (29) of Woodburn.
Morgan was stopped to turn into an adjacent driveway.
Espinosa-Feria was transported by life flight to the Salem Hospital.
Cook was transported by ground ambulance to the Salem Hospital.
Morgan was transported by private vehicle to the Salem Hospital.
OSP was assisted by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Woodburn Fire Department, Keizer Fire Department and ODOT.
