Wednesday June 16, 2021 – Woodburn, OR – The Woodburn Police Department (WPD) is seeking the public’s help identifying a suspect involved in at least four different thefts at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.
The latest theft on June 12, 2021 at 1:51 PM, saw the suspect stealing a bag of clothing worth approximately $1000. He is described as a Hispanic Male Adult, 25-35 years of age, medium build with tattoos on both arms and chest and wearing blue jeans, a black tank top, black hat and disposable face covering. When confronted, the suspect threatened to harm store employees. The suspect fled the store and was observed by witnesses driving a black BMW sedan.
The suspect’s tattoos should be him identifiable to someone who knows him. Anyone with information should contact Officer Pete Antoine at 503-982-2345 referencing case # 21-06587.
