Silver Falls State Park to Host Volunteer Work Party March 31

Sublimity, OR—Silver Falls rangers need 25 volunteers March 31, 2022, to help build a special new trail at Silver Falls State Park. In honor of César Chávez Day of Service, volunteers alongside park rangers will help build the new North RimTrail, which will have with a stunning viewpoint of 136-foot North Falls.

Participants must register in advance and registration ends March 24. Volunteers must be at least 14 years old and will work with hand tools and move on gravel and uneven surfaces. Tools and other equipment will be provided. Bring drinking water and gloves and wear clothes suitable for the weather conditions.
