A wind chill advisory is effect until noon today. Expect very cold wind chills as low as 5 above zero in portions of northwest Oregon and southwest Washington.
The cold winds could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat and gloves.
