- Public hearing on proposed code amendment to eliminate minimum parking requirements on development citywide
- Purchase and Sale Agreement with LTC Properties for real property at 295 Commercial Street SE (Housing Authority)
- Extend agreement for Salem Housing Authority to serve as general manager of Salem Manor Apartments to facilitate development of affordable housing
- National Public Safety Telecommunications Proclamation Week
- Grant application to the Willamette Wildlife Mitigation Program for acquisition and conservation of property north of Wallace Marine Park
- Air carrier operating agreement and local matching funds agreement with Travel Salem
