Agenda items include:
- Public Works Week, Gun Violence Awareness, Memorial Day and Pride Month proclamations
- Agreement with the Oregon State Fire Marshal’s office to provide the City with outreach investment to emphasize education methods of prevention for wildfire risk, defensible space, and community preparedness for wildfires.
- Submit an Energy Trust of Oregon incentive application to replace a centrifugal blower with a turbo blower at Willow Lake Water Pollution Control Facility.
- Grant application with USDA Forest Service Urban & Community Forestry Grants Program to build more resilient and equitable tree canopy in Salem.
