Woodburn Police Seeking Assistance Identifying Theft Suspect

On Monday, June 24, 2024 at about 4:40p.m., Woodburn Police Officers responded to the report of a theft at Walmart, 3002 Stacy Allison Way, Woodburn, OR 97071. The elderly victim reported while at self-checkout, she got $100 cash back but left it in the machine. A Walmart employee stated a male suspect took the $100 from the register and when confronted by the employee about turning the money over to Walmart management, claimed it was his and then left the store.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian adult male, approximately 40 years of age, 5’08-5’10, 170-190 pounds and left driving a dark-colored SUV with an unknown license plate. Photos of the suspect are attached with this press release.
