Salem, Ore. — The City of Salem is warning drivers who use Chemeketa Street NE that the road will be closed in both directions between 12th Street NE and 13th Street NE at the Union Pacific railroad crossing beginning Sunday, August 4, 2024, from 6 p.m. to Monday, August 5, 2024, at 1 p.m. The closure is necessary to make railroad crossing repairs at the intersection. Traffic will be detoured in both directions as construction is taking place.
Location: Chemeketa Street NE closed to traffic between 12th Street NE and 13th Street NE, Salem, OR.
