* WHAT…Significant icing. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations up to 0.03 inch.
* WHERE…Central and Southern Willamette Valley, Central Oregon, Coast Range Lowlands, and Central Oregon Coast Range.
* WHEN…Until 10 AM PST this morning.
* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…A second band of precipitation will be arriving over the next few hours which may produce periods of additional freezing rain and light snow. Less than a 10% chance of additional freezing rain accumulations of 0.05 inch or more.
