* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Period of highest wind speeds will occur
after 4 PM Monday, especially around the Central Willamette
Valley. Probability of wind gusts exceeding 45 mph ranges from
40-60%.
