On June 16, Salem will begin changing the signs for on-street parking in downtown. This change will help the city implement paid parking on the streets. The new paid parking system will officially start on July 10.
Between now and July 10, Parking Enforcement will continue to enforce parking rules in downtown. They will also provide information about the new paid parking system.
