Tuesday morning at around 4:10am, Keizer police officers responded to Claggett Creek Park on a report of shots fired in the area. Upon arrival, police discovered that a house on Thorman Ave NE was involved and numerous juveniles were detained at both locations. This is an active investigation involving juveniles and there is no threat to the community. No further information is being disseminated at this time.
