The Salem Human Rights Commission is inviting community members with disabilities — as well as their families and advocates — to share their experiences at a public Listening Session.

The Commission has formed a task force of residents and professionals with lived experience to identify barriers and advance equity in Salem.
Participants will have the opportunity to:

Highlight barriers that prevent full participation in city life

Help shape recommendations for improving accessibility and inclusion

Provide input that will inform city planning, policies, and projects
