Come to the Oregon State Capitol’s Birthday on February 14, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Staff from our Neighborhood Services and Library will share information about city resources, updates, and programs. They will also have free fun items for you to take home and other resource materials with valuable connections from local partners and City programs.
The event celebrates the 167 years since Oregon became a state on February 14, 1859. It also honors the history of the land from time immemorial with the inclusion of Oregon’s sovereign tribes. This event is free and open to the public
