Council Preview: Tourism Promotion Area and Annual Action Plan Amendment Top City Agenda March 9

When Salem City Council meets on Monday, March 9, they will consider several policy and land use matters, including public hearings on proposed Tourism Promotion Area code changes to include short-term rentals, a substantial amendment to the City’s 2025 HUD Annual Action Plan reallocating funds to public facilities and an annexation and zoning change for property on Skyline Road S.
