On June 8, Salem City Council will consider several policy, housing and land-use matters, including approval of legislative priorities and policy statements for the 2027 Legislative Session and public hearings on the State Revenue Sharing Funds and the FY2027 City of Salem Budget.
Council will:
- Consider adoption of the proposed Fiscal Year 2027 Fee Schedule
- Receive a status report on Mayor and Council motions from January 2025 to May 2026
- Recognize Make Music Day, Juneteenth, and Pride Month proclamations.
Urban Renewal Agency Holds Budget Hearing
The Urban Renewal Agency Board will hold a public hearing on the Fiscal Year 2027 agency budget and discuss a motion from Mayor Julie Hoy on the Salem Convention Center.
