A Wallace Marine Park resident has filed a complaint against the city of Salem, asking that a judge halt the city’s work to remove the remaining camps in the next few weeks. According to the Salem Reporter,
the resident, Katrina Randklev, asked in her filing in the Marion County Circuit Court on Wednesday, Oct. 7 that the court stop the camp removals until the city can provide an accessible alternative for homeless campers with physical and mental disabilities, and chronic illnesses.
