WAIT! Don’t throw away your lobster, crab or shrimp shells!! Save them and make a beautiful stock to add a tremendous amount of flavor to soup! We used left over shells to make a stock for a corn (leftovers) and salmon chowder! It was so delicious and the lobster stock added such a great flavor!!! We topped out soup with more salmon, diced avocado and cilantro/lime crema.
So…. save your shells and make that stock!!
