Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar

We are all about olive oil and balsamic vinegar this month at Kelly’s Kitchen Store. These two things go together like peanut butter and jelly! They each have flavors that can be highly complex or relatively simple. Here is a great way to sample the flavors and surprise your friends with this wonderfully unique taste. The recipe is simple. It is delightfully fresh tasting and interesting.

 

One scoop of Tillamook Vanilla Bean Ice Cream topped with

A drizzle of olive oil

A drizzle of balsamic vinegar – fig is really great on this

and a sprinkling of lemon zest
