Just in time for Mother’s Day! Learn how to turn fresh flowers and foliage into everlasting works of art!
In this hands-on class you’ll learn all about the process of flower pressing. This is a wonderful way to capture and preserve the inherent beauty of nature. In the first part of class Jessica will share her secretes of pressing flowers. We’ll go over choosing the best plants, how to prep them for the press, and demonstrate both quick and traditional methods of pressing.
You’ll then spend the remainder of the workshop arranging a composition of pre-pressed dried flowers and foliage in a necklace as well as a frame of your choice.
No experience is necessary and all supplies, equipment, and flowers will be provided. You can bring personal photos or notes to add to your creations.
