Jennifer Weathers, the mother of 27-year-old Meighan Cordie is expected to plead guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicants. Investigators is believe Cordie died after she tumbled out of her mother’s moving car in August. Weathers’ attorney said his client will plead guilty to DUII at her next hearing in Yamhill County Circuit Court early in February.
