Winter Weather Advisory for Cascades

Posted on December 22, 2018

The National Weather Service says the Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 4:00 PM this afternoon to 4:00 PM tomorrow afternoon. Total snow accumulations of 8 to 16 inches is expected, heaviest above 4000 feet in elevation. Expect the snow in the South Washington Cascades, North Oregon Cascades, and Lane County Cascades.

Travel could be very difficult.

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.

The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.
