Woodburn Woman is in Custody for Second-Degree Manslaughter and Reckless Driving

Oregon State Police say 23-year-old Alejandra Barolo was driving under the influence when her car veered off the Oregon 211 near South Palmer Road striking a tree and killing one of her passengers early Friday morning.

She is accused of second-degree manslaughter, fourth-degree assault, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another.

One of her passengers, 26-year-old Osiel Miguel of Woodburn, died at the scene.

Bartolo was arraigned on the allegations Monday afternoon in Clackamas County Circuit Court. She remains in custody on $250,000 bail at the Clackamas County Jail.
