Willamette Town Center officials say they have multiple retailers interested in the Sears location after it closes Sunday.
An article in the Statesman Journal says the Willamette Town Center formally called the Lancaster Mall has many large to mid-sized retailers inquiring about the 84-thousand square foot space.
Sears is closing because of the Sears Holdings’ Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
