High Winds Cause Power Outages in South and West Salem

Portland General Electric reports the overnight high winds caused 23 outages effecting 2074 homes in South Salem and parts of Marion County as of 6:00 a.m. this morning. They say two outages in West Salem are affecting 21 homes.

Salem Electric had 1100 homes without power in parts of West Salem, but power has been restored to all customers.
