The Valley forecast calls for rain Saturday and Sunday, but below freezing temperatures overnight Sunday will bring snow. How much, and if it will stick on the valley floor, remains to be seen. Some areas could see 1 to 3 inches around 1,000 feet, including Mill City and Detroit. The Coast Range could see 3 to 6 inches. The cold temperatures could bring black ice Monday and Tuesday. Cool temperatures could bring another chance for snow later in the week.
