Locally dense fog is developing in the central and southern Willamette Valley this morning. Observations from Eugene Airport suggest visibility has occasionally been as low as a few hundred feet.
Meanwhile, temperatures will remain near or slightly below freezing, leading to spots of ice on untreated surfaces. The combination of slick roads and poor visibility may make travel difficult this morning.
