Salem police say no one was injured after a large oak tree fell on on Chemeketa Street between 14th and 15th streets. The downed tree completely blocked the roadway damaging a house, some power lines and a natural gas line which officials say both have been rendered safe.
PGE reports around 14 customers were without power while repairs were being made.
