Marion County will hold a swearing-in ceremony for newly appointed Sheriff Joe Kast at 9:00 A.M. Monday morning.
The oath of office will be administered by Marion County Circuit Court Judge Thomas Hart. This is the first appointment for Sheriff Kast.
The ceremony will be held in the Senator Hearing room at Courthouse Square located at 555 Court Street NE, in Salem. You are welcome to attend.
A reception will follow the swearing-in ceremony.
