Salem, Ore. — City of Salem will hold a joint emergency meeting of the Salem City Council, Salem Housing Authority, and Urban Renewal Agency, Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 6 p.m. You can watch the meeting live right here at City of Salem, on Comcast Cable CCTV Channel 21, or on the CCTVSalem YouTube channel.
