The M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust announced the Jerry Frank Riverfront Amphitheater constructed in partnership between the Salem Rotary Foundation and the city of Salem is one of 96 new capacity building grants given to nonprofits serving the pacific northwest.
The grants, totaling 14-point-eight million dollars, were awarded across five sectors of community service – arts and culture, health, human services, education and scientific research. This includes four-point-three million dollars for nonprofits serving Oregon communities.
