A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 4 am Wednesday to 9 pm Thursday night above 2,000 feet for the North Oregon Cascades and Cascades in Lane County.
Total snow accumulations of 8 to 16 inches. Wind gusting as high as 35 miles per hour.
Travel could be very difficult. Be prepared for winter driving conditions when traveling across the Cascades. Short bursts of intense snow and localized blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
