Center Street NE between Park Ave NE and Vineyard Ave NE will be closed on December 10 and December 11, 2022, for the installation of a new sewer line for the nearby Marion County Health and Human Services Department complex.
Detours will be in place east of the Oregon State Hospital Complex on Center Street NE from Park Ave NE to D Street NE and from Hawthorne Ave NE to D Street NE. Please watch for construction crews working in the area and follow detour instructions while construction is underway.
Once the sewer line is installed, work will continue during normal business hours with routine lane closures as the street surface is repaved. Flaggers will be on-site to direct drivers during the repaving phase of the project and allow traffic to flow along Center Street NE.
