Saturday Morning at 12:49, Lebanon Fire District responded to a report of a structure fire on Franklin St. The Battalion Chief arrived on scene first and found fire coming from the gable end of the house. The engine and truck crews made an aggressive defensive attack to help prevent the fire from spreading to neighboring houses. The occupants of the house were first alerted by their smoke detectors when the fire started and were able to get out of the house safely. The Lebanon Fire District responded with 17 personnel to the scene to help extinguish the fire. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
