Stowers has been located.
Tuesday, May 9, 2023 – Woodburn, OR – The Woodburn Police Department (WPD) is seeking the public’s help in locating 60-year-old Woodburn resident Edward “Brandon” Stowers who has medical conditions.
Stowers is an African American Male, described as 5’9”, 225 lbs, with short black and gray hair, brown eyes, and wears glasses. He was last seen leaving the parking lot of his residence on Monday, May 8 at about 9:20 a.m. in a 2018 Hyundai Elantra Red with a sunroof and OR License plate 231-LQK.
He is not in possession of his medication, and he left his wallet and credit cards behind.
Included in this release are a picture of Stowers and a picture of a similar vehicle to the one he is driving.
