A tip was reported late last night to Albany Police regarding the pictured suspect in the robbery. Detectives and Patrol Officers responded to the suspect’s address and arrested her without incident in the early hours of August 15, 2024.
Autumn Monroe Staley, age 38 of Albany was arrested and is lodged at the Linn County Jail on Robbery II and Theft I charges.
We want to thank the community member for identifying the suspect so we could make a quick arrest in this case.

Today, August 14, 2024, shortly after 12pm, the pictured person committed a robbery at a local business. The suspect displayed what the employee believed to be a firearm. They arrived and left in the pictured vehicle, believed to be a silver 2016 Chevrolet Equinox with plates covered.
