Volunteers Needed for Marion-Polk Count of Unsheltered People

Posted on January 12, 2025

The Mid-Willamette Valley Homeless Alliance seeks volunteers to help survey for the Marion-Polk County Point-in-Time (PIT) Count from January 23 to 29. The survey looks at how many people are unsheltered in the local area. If you want to help, here’s what to do:

Get started by registering as a surveyor.
Next, download the mobile app on the Google and Apple Stores
Finally, all volunteers will need to attend a one-hour training session on Zoom on Tuesday, January 21 at noon. The app will show you how.

If you have any questions, please use “PIT Count” in the subject line at email staff@mwvhomelessalliance.org.
