On Monday, March 24, the Salem City Council will begin its meetings at 5:30 p.m. with a special meeting to give councilors an opportunity to interview prospective Budget Committee members before making appointments. Salem Housing Authority and Salem Urban Renewal Agency will follow, then the the regular Council meeting.

- Consideration of grant applications for building resilient communities from the Federal Emergency Management Agency and drinking water source protection from the Oregon Health Authority.
