Here are a couple of our favorite lasagne hacks for a quick lasagne. You don’t need to cook your noodles before hand. What? Some people might cringe at the thought, but it really works! Just add an additional 1/2 cup water to your sauce and that noodles will absorb the water to help them cook. And…. make sure you cover the lasagne with foil and seal it well before baking. Bake at 375 for one hour. Check the noodles for desired consistency! Works every time!! And for some reason if you use a wooden knife to slice your lasagne, the cheese won’t stick to the knife.
