About the Luncheon
Please join the over 1,000 scouts in the Willamette valley in honoring Rich Duncan with the 2021 Distinguished Citizen Award. His work and goodwill in Detroit in helping to rebuild the community centers such as the Firehouse and City Hall demonstrates his good citizenship, commitment to service, and personal integrity. Though Rich Duncan is not a scout, he exemplifies all aspects of the Scout Oath and Law.
