Grab your Halloween Costume, Kayak, Canoe or Paddle Board and join us on the river. The 50 first people who properly sign up get a candy bag for your paddle and are entered in the costume contest.
This is a FREE community event for paddlers of all kinds (Prefer experienced paddlers). It is cold water time and stronger river currents. This is at your own risk! No lifeguards, this is NOT a paid service by Salem Kayak Rentals LLC. This has no connection with providing services as a commercial event. Simply announcing a day for other Halloween Fanatics that have paddle boats to dress up and we will provide costume prizes and gift giveaways to people who sign up correctly by text messaging Shannon at 503-877-8449.
