Wednesday, July 15 at 7pm the Salem Multicultural Institute will be live-streaming World Beat Cooks from the Willamette Valley Kitchen Company.
Ola Elkaneh, who owns Flourish Spices and African Food will be demonstrating how to prepare Chicken-Dodo and hibiscus iced tea.
