The Willamette Master Chorus starts off the 39th concert season on Saturday, Nov. 11th and Sunday, Nov. 12th with our 19th Annual Veterans concert. A review of popular music from the 70’s and 80’s with a combo of musicians and featuring guest soloist, Marilyn Keller.
Musical highlights include songs by Fleetwood Mac, Burt Bacharach, Smokey Robinson and Stevie Wonder. The chorus will be joined by the 5th Annual WMC High School Honor Choir. Patriotic anthems and service hymns will be sung to honor the various branches of the US military.
This year for the first-time tickets will be free to all Veterans and Gold Star parents and spouses. This is possible through generous donors and the newly designated John Lorenz Veterans Ticket Fund.
