Denise and Hunter talk with Eugene Police Chief Chris Skinner from the Oregon Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) about the lack of processes and procedures in place needed to implement measure 114 according to the letter of the law. Chief Skinner outlined the ambiguity and current timelines in relation to the first 2 lawsuits being decided earlier in the day – one was denied in full and the other resulted in a TRO issued by a Harney County Judge. Later, Traci Benjamin from Churchill Mortgage joined the show to talk about the mortgage and housing market as it is now and how things look going into 2023.
