Representative E. Werner Reschke (HD 56) joins Denise and Hunter sharing his insights on the recent OR Legislative short session and what he sees in the future for the Oregon House of Representatives. Later in the show, Senator Kim Thatcher (SD 11) stops by the studio to give her perspective on the short session highlights – the passage of one of her bills and lowlights – the Ag Overtime bill and others. Both are running for reelection and expressed optimism for Oregon with the upcoming 2022 election. They encouraged all Oregonians to check their voter registration and to VOTE in both the May primary and the November general election.
